Ann Arbor City Skyline by First Grade Students
First graders created a beautiful piece of artwork using their thumbprints and acrylic paint to illustrate the Ann Arbor skyline, building upon our study of cities and their buildings. The 18x40 piece is matted, framed, and signed by each student.

Ms. Amanda's class used mixed media art and a 30" x 40" canvas to create a work of art that you will be proud to hang in your home.
"Our class took inspiration from Keith Haring's abstract art to create our own colorful acrobats painting. Each figure was designed and colored by one of the second graders in our class. As a group, the children assembled their completed figures. Together, they create a topsy, turvy, silly, beautiful array just like we do!

Fifth-grade students in Mrs. Chenier’s class studied Andrew Goldsworthy, who is known for his unique artwork created from the natural world. The students collaborated to create art sculptures with materials from nature and then they photographed them to create beautiful stationery.
