This glamorous affair marks the 50th anniversary of Emerson School, and we invite you to be a part of this milestone celebration. The Golden Gala aims to not only commemorate our rich history but also to raise essential funds that will shape the future of our school. The evening promises a delightful blend of experiences, including a three-course dinner, live auction, an insightful stadium tour, an engaging live auction, a tempting wine and whiskey pull, thrilling raffles, and a wondrous celebration of both our past and the exciting journey that lies ahead. attire in the theme of gold and navy is encouraged.

Roasted Beet Salad
Roasted local beets on arugula, with White Lotus Farm goat cheese, candied pecans, and topped with Citrus Vinaigrette
Second Course

Grilled chicken breast, topped with a creamy white wine, lemon caper and herb sauce
Prime Rib
Chicken Piccata
Sesame Salmon
Rubbed with garlic, rosemary and cracked peppercorns, slow roasted for hours served with au jus and horseradish cream sauce
Coated with black and white sesame seeds, baked and served with fresh mango puree and Port plum sauce

Grilled whole mushroom cap topped with a spinach, mushroom duxelle and Gruyere cheese mixture wrapped with pastry and baked
